Visa decisions are made by government departments, not by consultancies. No agency can guarantee a grant, and any agency that does is telling you something untrue. What we can control is the quality and completeness of your application: accurate documents, properly evidenced finances, and a genuine, specific case for why you are studying what you are studying. That is where refusals are won and lost.
We will also decline to act for any applicant who asks us to submit documents we believe to be false. Fraudulent documents cause refusals, cancellations and multi-year bans that follow you across countries.
