Next Campus PTY LTD ("Next Campus", "we", "us") is an Australian registered company with its head office in Sydney, New South Wales, and branch offices in Dhaka and Sylhet, Bangladesh. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or assessment form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred study destination, level of study, academic qualifications and results, English test details, intended intake, budget range and any message you choose to send us. We do not ask for passport numbers, financial account details or identity documents through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to assess your eligibility, prepare a university and course shortlist, respond to your enquiry, and provide the counselling, admission, visa and settlement services you have asked about. If you become a client, we use it to prepare and lodge applications on your behalf.
Who we share it with
With your instruction, we share relevant information with universities, colleges and pathway providers to which you are applying, and with insurers or service providers where you have asked us to arrange a service such as Overseas Student Health Cover. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
How your enquiry is delivered
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our counselling team by email and stored in our website hosting provider’s form dashboard. Both are protected by access controls and encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to provide our services and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@nextcampus.com.au.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to info@nextcampus.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
