3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Next Campus, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all applications
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay all applicable fees as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement. Some services may be provided free of charge as we receive commissions from partner institutions. Any additional fees for third-party services (visa fees, document attestation, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive for the best outcomes for our clients, Next Campus cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution or approval of any visa application. Final decisions rest with the respective institutions and government authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Next Campus PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal information will only be shared with educational institutions and government bodies as necessary for processing applications, and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
